La Feclaz
La Feclaz is a small ski resort situated on a plateau above the Lac de Bourget in the Savoie region of France. It is orientated more towards cross-country skiing however for a small ski resort, has a surprising number of slopes for every skier.
La Feclaz -
Cross-country skiers really do have an advantage in La Féclaz. There are over 140km of ski paths for you to explore. However don’t be put off by this if you prefer piste skiing. There are 13 pistes for you to have a go at regardless of your ability, 2 black, 5 red, 4 blue and 2 green. The resort is excellent for first time skiers or snowboarders, because it is not too large and busy. Due to the smaller number of visitors, a trip to the La Feclaz winter resort can be a pleasant family skiing holiday.

The La Feclaz village is quite small, however it is possible to travel to the nearby city of Chambery buy bus. Here you will find traditional french buildings and restaurants, and a small selection of bars and clubs.
