In La Plagne ski accommodation varies from high rise flats to wooden chalet style buildings across several different villages:
La Plagne 1800, Belle Plagne, Aime 2000, Bellecote, La Plagne Soleil, La Plagne Villages, and La Plagne Centre.
Strung out across the picturesque mountain side, the villages are connected until midnight by free buses or the pedestrian lift network.

There are several lift pass options in La Plagne - you can choose between skiing La Plagne with its 200km of pistes, or the Paradiski area which includes Les Arcs thanks to the new double decker cable car the Vanoise Express! This has doubled the the ski domain to include 420km of pistes and access to 2 glaciers - the Bellecote and the Aiguille Rouge! Beginner skiers and snowboarders are well looked after in La Plagne with most the gentle slopes close to the village centres. Take a look at the Piste map for an idea of the terrain. If you prefer to snowboard there are four board parks, two boarder cross and two half pipes. In both La Plagne and Les Arcs there are some excellent tree lined pistes ideal for any bad weather days. Skiing in La Plagne can offer breathtaking views to enjoy whilst on the slopes. The Paradiski Ski Lift Pass would be recommended to intermediate or advanced skiers or snowboarders who are looking to take in as many different slopes on their ski holiday.

An activity not to be missed is the Olympic Bob Sleigh Run with a 1.5km drop, 19 bends and speeds reaching up to 110kph. If you need a break from the slopes or the snow report doesn't look good, other activites available across the La Plagne ski resorts include paragliding, snow-mobiling, snow shoe walks, dog sleds, climbing and skating.
