Vallandry

The French ski resort of Vallandry is part of the Paradiski ski area. It has access to over 425km of downhill pistes. The close resort of Peisey has 32km of pisted runs.

Vallandry -

This ski resort has a cosy atmosphere as it is not as big as its neighbouring resorts making up Les Arcs, but the skiing and snowboarding opportunities it provides are just as good! Most of the local ski slopes are coloured blue and red so those craving black runs may have to venture out a little further. The legendary 7km black piste from the top of Aiguille Rouge to Villaroger is well worth the trek however. There is plenty of off-piste skiing to be done too. This ski resort really does have something for everyone!

Vallandry -

The Peisey-Vallandry ski area  is made up of several traditional villages where local people live all year round, creating a truly real village atmosphere. You can experience a guided tour of the nearby Peisey Village, or explore narrow lanes to a baroque church and taste local specialities.

The Apres Ski in Vallandry is very quiet so if you are into nightclubbing then this ski resort may disappoint. However, there are some lovely restaurants and bars all offering an excellent atmosphere to unwind in during the evenings.
