What should I do if I cannot print out the voucher?

If you cannot print out your voucher, you can send an e-mail to admin@skiholidayextras.com to inform us. We will send you a copy of your voucher by post or fax.

Can I pay cash on arrival?

No you have to pay when you make the booking by visa or mastercard on the website or over the phone.

Is the price more interesting in resort or on the Internet?

Discounts are only applicable on the Internet. Booking online will normally save you money! Our Ski Hire prices are at least 15% off in-resort prices.

May I change my booking?

We can make modifications to your booking up to 7 days before your start date providing the services you wish to change too are still available. We charge a 5€ administration fee on all modifications.

Is there any special discount for a group?

Our best prices are already online however if you are a very large group of at least 8/10 we may be able to offer even further discount. Fill in the group request form with as much detail as possible and we will get back to you with a quote.

When and where do we have to collect lift passes?

The procedure for collecting lift passes will depend on the resort. In main resorts in France and Canada we include a free delivery service. In all other resorts you will need to go to the lift pass office where it will be waiting for you. To check the procedure in your resort take a look at our lift pass information page

When and where do we go for our ski lessons or ski hire?

Ski hire can be picked up from the supplier named on your voucher within shop opening hours, either the night before or the morning you have have booked hire to start from. Ski school lessons are with the supplier named on your voucher. Lesson times will normally be specified at the time of booking but it is worth going to the ski school the day before your lessons are due to start or in good time in the morning to pick up your pre-prepared card and check the times and meeting points. Ski schools will be based at the foot of the chair lifts.

Do we need an id photo?

No we do not require photos for lift pass bookings.

What methods of payment are available?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you are having problems making a payment online or do not have a visa or mastercard please give us a ring on 01273 358076 and we will take your payment over the phone.

What do I do if my payment has not been accepted?

On rare occasions you may receive an email saying your card payment has been refused. This is usually because your bank has treated a large payment in euros as unusual activity and blocked the payment. Please ring your card company to confirm that you authorise the payment and then contact us at admin@skiholidayextras.com so we can put the payment through again.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel without any charges up to 48 hours before your start date if you have bought our cancellation insurance. Otherwise the full amount of your booking will be kept. Cancellation insurance costs 10€.

When is my card debited?

Your card is debited within 24 hours of your online booking being confirmed.

How long after the reservation do we receive the booking voucher?

If you have ordered lift passes or ski hire you will receive the booking voucher less than one hour after your purchase unless booking in the evenings/weekend in which case the delay may be slightly longer. If your order contains other products, your confirmation e-mail and your voucher will be sent within 24 hours of making payment.
