Arcalis-Ski
Skiing in Andorra, in the Arcalis resort is brilliant if you are an intermediate or beginner. In total there are 26 trails for you to try your skills on, making up 22km of terrain.
Arcalis is a terrific resort for family holidays or romantic breaks. There are plenty of slopes easy enough for children and adults and the views of the Andorran mountains provide a great backdrop to a romantic holiday.
Although there are only two black slopes, if you like off piste skiing then Arcalis provides fantastic challenges for advanced skiers. You also have the option to ski in the rest of the Vallnord ski area which includes the Arinsal, La Massana, Ordina and Pal resorts(see our Arcalis piste map).
Activities
Arcalis is an attractive place to stay with a variety of bars and restaurants in which to spend your Apres Ski. Local Andorran food is served in the restaurants.
The capital, Andorra La Vella is not far away and is definitely worth visiting especially if you like shopping - you will find all the big names like Versace, Armani and Dolce & Gabbana - at duty free pricing!
