Font Romeu is home to the National Altitude Training Centre. Built in 1968, it offers a brilliant range of sporting activities for you to enjoy if you don’t fancy hitting the slopes. Activities include, ice skating, swimming, bodybuilding and weightlifting, a shooting gallery, handball, basketball and volleyball, football and rugby, tennis, squash, badminton, wrestling and fencing! There is also a sauna!
