The ski resort of Königsleiten is in the Austrian ski area of Zillertal in the region of Salzburg.
Ski
Königsleiten offers particularly good skiing opportunities for beginners and intermediates as well as some challenges for advanced skiers. As well as the pistes in Königsleiten, visitors can also ski around the rest of the Zillertal area with the Zillertal Super Ski lift pass.
Après Ski
The Après Ski in Königsleiten is fairly quiet however, there are a few good places to go for a night out like ‘Disco Kings’ and the ‘Schirmbar’. Remember here are bigger resorts around, none too far from Königsleiten and all of which have more of a nightlife.
Other Activities
Other than skiing there is plenty for you to do! If you aren’t in the mood for hitting the slopes, how about trying cross country skiing, winter hiking or sleigh rides?
Not far from Königsleiten is the longest, natural toboggan run in the Zillertal Valley which is floodlit in the evenings. Along the 7km descent are numerous restaurants, making the toboggan ride a perfect way to spend an evening!
