From La Rosiere ski into both France and Italy! The resort is part of the Espace San Bernardo and offers a great mixture of cosmopolitan skiing and apres-ski. It is a member of the "P'tits Montagnards" club which groups together the resorts specially adapted for children and offers a large choice of apres ski activities and entertaining nights to spend with family and friends.
La Rosiere - Ski
From La Rosiere ski in the sun on the French side of the mountain and then take a trip across to the Italian side to find good snow later in the day. While you are there make the most of being in Italy and sample some great pasta! La Rosiere is the only resort in the Tarentaise to offer an international ski area of 150km pistes thanks to the link to La Thuile in the Aosta valley making L'Espace San Bernado - see the Piste Map.
La Rosiere - Activities
There are plenty of activities on offer including paragliding, snow-mobiles, snow shoe walks, ice-skating, off-piste guiding and ice-driving. If the snow & weather report is so bad that you need to stay indoors there is also a sports hall and cinema.
La Rosiere - Children
Children from 4 years and up can enroll in Ski School Lessons. For younger children from 18 months to 3 years old creches are available.
