Montchavin - Ski
The French ski resort Montchavin is part of the Paradiski area in La Plagne, which gives you access to 425km of downhill skiing. The Paradiski area is one of the largest ski areas in the world.
The Montchavin area is about 215km of pistes to ski or snowboard, but the whole area lift pass will give you access to the next resorts, La plagne, Les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry. The Montchavin resort is excellent for intermediate skiers and snowboard and good for first time skiers and more advanced skiers.
Montchavin - Après ski and Other activities
Montchavin has a selection of bars and night clubs. In Montchavin the Camp de Base Cafe is popular through the evening with the discotheque l'Oxygene opening later on for those with the energy.
Montchavin also offers non ski activities, an unique evening activity is the resort's Olympic bobsleigh run, a shuttle bus is provided once a week from Montchavin. There is also ice skating, a cinema, as well as evening snowshoe hikes and dog sleigh rides.
