Scheffau- Ski

Situated in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area, Scheffau is an area with 250km of pistes, 160km of which are covered by snow cannons, guaranteeing snow. The SkiWelt lift pass gives you access to all this area. The variety of slopes makes the resort good for beginners and intermediate skiers. Expert skiers would however have to ski further afield to find challenging pistes, although Scheffau is well placed for accessing a large part of the SkiWelt ski area. Scheffau- Resort

Scheffau is a small, picturesque village with only 1200 inhabitants, located in the Wilder Kaiser region. There are only a limited number of bars and pubs in Scheffau, although there are quite a few restaurants.

Activities

The Wilder Kaiser region , where Scheffau is located, is great for cross country skiing with 83km of cross country tracks. In Scheffau itself, there is a track which is illuminated at night. There are also numerous toboggan runs in the Wilder Kaiser region, including the Steinacker toboggan run in Scheffau, which is illuminated at night.

Children

The Bobo Mini Club will look after young children from 9am to 4pm. Ski school is available for older children.
