This fantastic residence and chalets have been newly built in a traditional wooden style. The chalets have been divided into apartments and are laid out in a hamlet next door to the residence. It is only 100m to La Chal chairlift and there is a small supermarket and bakery close by. On site of the residence is an indoor pool, sauna and fitness room which are also available to guest staying in the chalet apartments.
Residence Apartments
All have at south facing terrace looking out to Aiguilles d'Arves. There is a well-equipped kitchenette and television, games room and covered parking are available for a charge. The following layouts are available
4 people: A sleeping area with bunk beds and a sofa-bed in the lounge.
5 people: A sofa bed and pull out bed in the lounge and a bedroom for two people.
6-8 people: A bedroom for two people, a room with one or two bunk beds plus the sofa bed in the lounge.
8 people: 2 bedrooms for two people, an area with bunkbeds plus the sofa bed in the lounge.
10-12people: Split level apartment with 4 two-person rooms, a sleeping area with bunk beds plus the sofa bed in the lounge.
Chalet Apartments
All have one or two terraces and a well equipped kitchen. Satellite television is available at an extra charge and the larger chalets have log fires.
4-5 people: A sofa bed or two pull out beds and a single bed in the lounge, 1 room with bunk beds.
6 people: A sofa bed or two pull out beds in the lounge, one room for two people and a room with bunk beds.
6-8 people: There is a sofa bed or two pull out beds, 3 two-person bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
6-10 people) A sofa bed and single bed in the lounge, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with three single beds and 2 bathrooms
